Waiver

In consideration for being permitted to participate in any cycling, training, racing, group rides, camps, clinics, or related activities organized, hosted, sponsored, or affiliated with Thursdays.cc, LLC (the "Company"), whether competitive or non-competitive (collectively, the "Activities"), I hereby agree as follows:

I understand that cycling and related athletic activities are inherently dangerous and involve known and unknown risks, including but not limited to collisions with vehicles, cyclists, pedestrians, or obstacles; road and surface hazards; weather conditions; equipment failure; acts or omissions of other participants; and the risk of serious injury, permanent disability, or death. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, arising out of or related to my participation in the Activities.

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Thursdays.cc, LLC and its members, managers, officers, volunteers, sponsors, agents, and affiliates (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liabilities of any kind arising out of or related to my participation in the Activities, including claims arising from the ordinary negligence of the Released Parties.

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of my participation in the Activities or my failure to comply with this Agreement.

I understand that the Company does not provide medical care, supervision, traffic control, or safety guarantees, and that I am solely responsible for my own safety, equipment, physical condition, and conduct. I agree to comply with all applicable laws, including traffic and cycling regulations, and to wear appropriate safety equipment, including a helmet.

This Agreement applies to all Activities in which I participate now or in the future unless revoked in writing, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. If any provision of this Agreement is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

I represent that I am at least eighteen (18) years old, or that a parent or legal guardian has executed this Agreement on my behalf. I acknowledge that I have read and understood this Agreement, understand that I am giving up substantial legal rights, and sign it freely and voluntarily.
